Before you can create a listing, you need to set up your payout in Settings > Payouts. It will bring you to Stripe to configure your payout details.

Once you have done that, you can go to Collections > Select the item you want to list > Click on the button to set the price and shipping fees. When you are ready, click on the List button to publish your listing.

To keep our community safe and secure, we have multiple layers of security in place:

• Stripe verifies buyers credit card information with their verification and fraud detection system.
• Every seller is required to go through Stripe Connect onboarding process, which verifies their identity and business information.
• We built a community platform for buyers and sellers to connect and know each other to build trust.
• We have a strict policy against fraud and scams. Any reported scam or fraudulent activity will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
• We are constantly monitoring the platform for suspicious activity and taking action to protect our users.
• (Coming soon) We will have a rating system for buyers and sellers to rate each other.
• We continue to improve our security measures and add new features to protect our users.

We have zero tolerance for fraud and scams. If you see any suspicious activity, please report it to us immediately.

When seller and buyer agree on the price and shipping fees, seller will send the item to the buyer. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure the item is shipped in a timely manner. Buyer will receive a tracking number from the seller where possible.

We will be integrating with shipping carriers to provide a seamless shipping experience for our users.

Stripe is a world leading payment processing platform that allows you to receive payments when you make a sale. It is used to process payments for your listings.

We use Stripe Connect to process and wire payments to your bank account. You can also view your payouts in your Stripe dashboard.

Stripe charges a 2.9% + $0.30 fee for each transaction. In some cases, the fee may be higher due to the currency of the transaction or the tax calculation processing.

To simplify the payment processing fees, we charge a fixed 3% fee for every transaction. This fee is transparent and easy to understand. We will not charge you any hidden fees.
